How to buy? 

This is a B2B website. You need to fill out one of our credit card payment setup form before you can place an order.

When you place order, please give us additional shipping or payment instructions in the comments box.

If there is no additional instruction, we will ship your order UPS Ground and charge to your credit card on file.

We offer drop ship service. Here are the details:

1. We charge $3.00 handling fee for each order.
2. If you don’t have a California reseller permit, we will not be able to drop ship to any California locations.
3. We need to use your UPS or FedEx account to ship.
4. Payment method has to be credit card payment.

Standard adeltek.com Return Policy

Products sold by adeltek.com are covered by our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for a refund (Subject to a 15% restocking fee). All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

adeltek.com reserves the right to deny any warranty to any product that is physically damaged, abused or improperly used, wrong items that is not ordered from Adeltek, undamaged under examination, or item returned without RMA authoriztion and RMA number.

adeltek.com will return any undamaged or disqualified item, which are sent to us for return, refund, or exchange, at owner's expense.
